Chelsea Cove 2025 Beach Passes
Good afternoon Chelsea Cove. If anyone has not had their beach passes validated yet with the 2025 sticker, please follow these directions:
On the North Side just past the 7100 building there is an office trailer. On the right side of the ramp to this office trailer there is a gray wooden box attached to the ramp.
Please put your passes in this box. When we are on the property tomorrow we will retrieve your passes, put the 2025 stickers on them and return them to you.
Please use caution when walking in the above area as it is not paved. The other option is to mail your beach passes to us and we will return them to you with the 2025 stickers.
Please keep in mind, if your account has a balance, your passes will not be returned to you until the balance is paid. Please do not put your passes in the box if you have a balance on your account.

Fireworks of any kind are Not Permitted at the North Side
Good afternoon North Side.
While we approach the 4th of July, smaller fireworks are available just about everywhere for purchase. This is a reminder that fireworks of any kind are not permitted at the North Side.
Children have been observed on the HOA cameras setting off fireworks at the basketball courts and have reportedly been setting off firecrackers and the like all around the property.
Parents, if you permit your children to play with fireworks, please do so off the property. Again, fireworks are not permitted on the property at all and violations will be issued to unit owners who do not comply.
Damage to any area of the property as a result of fireworks will be the responsibility of the unit owner as well.

Beach Pass Distribution Monday, June 16
Good afternoon Chelsea Cove.
There are still a lot of people who haven’t made it to pick up beach passes.
Therefore, we will do another date on Monday evening, June 16th from 5pm to 7pm at the beach entrance.
The beach will be open on Tuesday, June 17th.

Good evening Chelsea Cove. Beach pass distribution will be from 12pm-2pm tomorrow, June 13th.
If it is raining we will be in the North Side office trailer just past 7100 building on the North Side. Otherwise, we will be at the beach entrance.

Due to the rain, beach pass distribution will be from 1pm-3pm today in the North Side office trailer just past 7100 building on the North Side.

Good afternoon Chelsea Cove. This is a quick reminder that fishing is not permitted anywhere on the beach. Please walk further down the lake where people do not walk barefoot or take a boat out on the water.
