Good afternoon Chelsea Cove.
The North Side had a section of the parking lots paved yesterday and today. Yesterday a number of children were riding scooters and bikes across the new blacktop, even while the paving company was still working.
If your children have bikes or scooters please advise them to stay out of the new lots on the North Side. This message is being sent to all of Chelsea Cove because there are children from the South Side that ride their bikes and scooters on the North Side so we want to make sure everyone is informed.
