Snow Storm – Feb. 15, 2025

Good afternoon North Side. In preparation for this weekend’s storm, the red flags are being posted on the main strip indicating NO PARKING until further notice.

Any cars on the main strip have to be moved by 2pm today.

Parking on the main strip will not be permitted aftwr 2pm today and until you receive a notification from us letting you know parking is again allowed. Any vehicles moved to the strip prematurely can be towed without further notice.

We do not know at this time if cleanup procedures will be necessary so DO NOT MOVE CARS TO THE MAIN STRIP UNLESS NOTIFIED TO DO SO.

Lastly, if you are not receiving out text messages throughout the cleanup process, please email us with your phone numbers.

Thank you and have a great day.

Snow Storm – Feb. 8, 2025

Due to the snow storm expected this evening, the red flags have been posted on the main strip indicating NO PARKING.

Currently there are 2 cars on the main strip – a white Ram ProMaster van and a silver Hyundai. If you own either of these vehicles please move them from the strip by 5pm as they are in the snow stockpile area.

Please also be prepared to move your cars for parking lot cleanup tomorrow after the storm has ended. If you have a car that does not operate, please remove it from the property today. Shoveling around your cars does not excuse you from moving your cars tomorrow. Please make arrangements now if you will be away for any reason and will not be able to move your car. We are expecting a lot of snow so all vehicles must be moved for cleanup.

Thank you all for your cooperation and have a great weekend.

Sunday Snow Storm

As you may have heard already, we’re expecting a snow storm Sunday into Monday. Following the storm will be extremely cold temperatures.

As a result, snow cannot be left between cars as it will likely turn to ice and create hazardous walking conditions for residents.

We’re expecting to have to move cars on Monday due to the amount of snow expected. Therefore, ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PREPARED TO MOVE FOR SNOW PLOWING of the parking spaces on Monday.

Please make sure everyone makes arrangements this weekend to have your car moved for you if you will not be home on Monday or park it somewhere off the property.

As a reminder, vehicles which are not operable are not permitted to be parked on the property so every vehicle should be moved on Monday. The fine for not moving a car for snow plowing is $100.00 and will be enforced.

Please let us know if you have any questions and have a great weekend.

Halloween 2024

Halloween is right around the corner so below are the details for this year’s holiday.
Please note, some residents may not wish to participate in Halloween. If you do not
wish to participate, please leave a note on your front door indicating that you will not be
handing out candy.

Trick or treating will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Halloween Patrol will be on site the holiday weekend to patrol the property.
Curfew: The curfew is 9:00pm and will be in effect from Wednesday, October 29 through
Halloween night. Halloween patrol will be enforcing this. Anyone under the age of 18,
resident or guest must be inside a unit or off the property by 9:00pm each night.
Halloween patrol will stop anyone hanging out or walking around the community. This
is to protect the residents and the property.

Lights on: For the safety of all residents, please have your front and back lights on
starting Friday night and through Tuesday night.

Banned items: Eggs, shaving cream, toilet paper, etc. Vandalism will not be tolerated.
Anyone caught vandalizing any portion of the property will be prosecuted and fines will
be imposed. Parents – Please supervise your children.

****Important****

Guests & Parking Permits: Residents are permitted to have guests join them for trick
or treating but everyone will be stopped at the front entrance to ensure anyone entering
is either a resident or a guest of a resident. This year, residents may provide their
guest with a guest pass so they have no trouble at the front entrance with
entering the property. If you need a guest pass for anyone you have visiting the
property on Halloween night, please contact our office and we will provide a guest pass
for you. If you have guests coming to the property, please make sure you give them this
pass. As always, residents must display an NSHOA parking tag in the windshield to
park on the property. If you do not have an NSHOA parking permit sticker, you will
be stopped when entering the property so please make sure you have a sticker to
show you live on site. If you need a permit sticker, please complete a vehicle
information form which can be found on the website (above) or in your homeowner
portal, and return it to Management.

Be safe and have a Happy Halloween!
