Due to the storm ending late today, lot cleanup will start tomorrow at 9am. Cleanup will not be able to be completed before dark.

Please be prepared to move cars tomorrow.

The snow contractor has advised cleanup of the parking spaces is necessary today. The temperatures are going to be extremely cold today so snow cannot be left under and between the cars.

Cleanup will begin at 9:30am with buildings 4900-5400.

Please clean your cars off and be prepared to move for cleanup. Thank you.

We are aware that some of the gutters are dripping, causing ice on the ground. This is not caused by an issue with the gutters which requires repair but more so the snow and ice inside the gutters which is unavoidable right now.

If anyone has ice in front of their units, on stairs, walkways or porches caused by dripping gutters please let us know today so it can be addressed.

Cleanup of the lots is starting at 4900-5400 buildings now. Everyone please clean your cars off and be prepared to move.

It was brought to our attention that there is a still a travel ban so running errands isn’t a good idea. We’ll have to work together on this. Please be patient with the snow crew and dont make anything harder on them. They’ve been working since yesterday morning and are all exhausted.

Lastly, please make sure all decks are cleared of snow.

Good afternoon North Side.

As you may have heard, we are expecting a major snowstorm this weekend, Saturday evening into Monday.

With the amount of snow forecasted, this will affect the North Side greatly as there is already limited space to put snow.

As a result, the visitor parking across from 7601/2 and to the left of unit 7911 will be coned off for snow stockpiling. We have attached a map of the affected visitor spaces. The snow contractor has advised they will cone off these visitor spaces on Saturday afternoon so no parking will be permitted from 2pm on. If a vehicle is left there after 2pm on Saturday we will do our best to reach the owner but will have to tow any vehicles not moved.

The red flags will be on the main strip indicating no parking. PLEASE notify all members of your household and any guests of this policy. Even one car left on the main strip affects snow removal so towing will be enforced.

Lastly, please be understanding to the fact that the snow contractor, plow operators and shovelers are out in these storms all night long and sometimes for days with little rest to ensure the North Side is clean. They are not perfect and no company is. Your patience is appreciated. If you observe a slippery or dangerous area please report it to us and not to the Facebook groups. We are not on the Facebook pages and cannot help you if your concerns are not reported to us.

We will send out information as we receive it for when cleanup will occur but please make arrangements now if you think you will not be home Monday or Tuesday to move your cars for snow cleanup. All cars will have to move for snow cleanup. There will be no exceptions. If we receive the amount of snow expected, we will have to tow cars and fines will be applied. It is unreasonable to expect the shovelers to shovel around any cars after working all night long so please make arrangements now.
