North Side Snow Storm Today

Good morning North Side.

We are expecting a major snow storm this afternoon into tomorrow. As a result, RED FLAGS will be on the main strip indicating NO PARKING. Any vehicles parked on the main strip will be towed at the owner’s expense.

In addition ALL CARS will have to move for snow removal in the parking lots tomorrow. There will be no exceptions. Please make arrangements now if you cannot move your car tomorrow. Due to the amount of snow expected, vehicles that do not move will have to be towed. Snow cannot be left around even one car and the snow contractor will not be expected to shovel around any cars.

We will send another message out tomorrow when snow cleanup will begin. DO NOT MOVE YOUR CARS TO THE MAIN STRIP until a message goes out to do so. Your car will be towed. Please follow the snow policy as it is written.

Thank you and be safe.

North Side Snow Removal Policy

Good morning North Side.

Yesterday there were many cars that did not move for snow removal because the drivers were not home or just did not want to move.

This is a reminder, all residents are responsible for making arrangements to have their cars moved when it snows. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave a car on the property when snow is expected as the fine for failure to move your car is $100.00. Leaving your car on the main strip is not an option because residents need that area to park when their lot is being cleaned. This also slows the entire process.

Failing to move for snow removal slows the entire process for all involved and creates extra work for the crew working to remove the snow. Yesterday the crew was out the whole night before and all day to clean up your property – it’s not fair for them to have to shovel out even one car. This also creates a liability when snow is left between cars which then turns to ice.

Moving forward, fines will be issued, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations, for failure to move for snow removal. Please make arrangements now with friends, neighbors or relatives as this winter is looking like we will have many more storms.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Children on Frozen Ponds

Good morning Chelsea Cove.

We were notified today that a couple of boys were observed on one of the partially frozen ponds yesterday.

Parents, please speak with your children – the ponds are not an area to play and are not completely frozen which is very dangerous for them to be walking on.

We don’t want anyone to get hurt so please have the conversation with your children, even if you think they already know this.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and have a great day.

North Side Snowstorm

Good morning North Side.

As you know, we’re expecting snow today. Due to the amount of snow expected, the red flags will be out on the main strip later today. This means no parking anywhere on the main strip, especially the turn on the exit side nearest 8108 which is a push point for snow. Any cars parked on the main strip can be towed without warning. PLEASE do not park on the main strip.

We do not expect to have to move cars today unless the snow stops early but please be prepared to move cars just in case.

We will follow up later today with more information. Have a great day and be safe.
