Good afternoon homeowners. There are a lot of people who have not paid the annual dues yet this year. As a reminder, this fee of $550.00 was charged in January and was due May 15th. Several account statements have gone to those who have not paid.
Important: The beach opening notice will be going out this week with the dates to pick up for 2022 stickers. If you have not paid your annual dues, you will not be able to pick up your beach pass stickers for this summer.
If you have not paid your annual dues yet, please make a payment today on your Chelsea Cove homeowner portal via appfolio or on duespayment.com. Receiving this email does not mean we don’t have your payment so if you paid, please disregard this email.
